Due to the overwhelming amount of cancellations this policy will be effective immediately. A credit or debit card will be collected
and stored in a secure and safe file under your profile in our booking software. This will occur at the time of booking any appointments.
The appointment will be booked with a hold for 24 hrs, if card information isnt received within that time frame the appointment will be null in void .
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time will result in 50% of your baseline service price to be charged to the card store on file.
You will be provided with baseline pricing at the time or booking and/or before your card is charged.
Same day cancellation or NO SHOWS will result in 100% of your baseline service price to be charged to the card stored on file.
Only under extreme circumstance will these fees be waived. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to the salon directly.
We offer a 15 mins grace period for late arrival. if you are stuck in traffic and fear you might be running 15 mins or more late,
please reach out to the salon directly. If we will do our best to accommodate you, whether that be rescheduling or providing
a smaller service if the appointment time allotted allows.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your end results, we offer a Re-Do at no additional cost. If contacted within 2 weeks post appointment , anything past 2 weeks will have an additional charge.
